1. In service pedagogical support and training

Teachers receive support in the form of conversations around individual needs of the children, weekly observations, feedback aligned with the goals of the class, fortnightly or monthly learning circles.

  2. Teacher Mentors

Every school is allotted a program member who visits the school weekly to mentor and guide the teachers.

  3. Opportunity to step up as Instructional leader

With constant support and monitoring, a teacher is identified to be selected as an  instructional leader for the second and beyond. This provides teachers with an opportunity to be part of the larger educational ecosystem.
